Elliott’s Bakery Web Design and Photo Editing
For this website redesign of a beloved historic bakery in Michigan—established in 1931—I was tasked with refreshing the brand’s digital presence while honoring its deep community roots and nostalgic charm. I retained the existing logo and signature maroon color to preserve brand recognition, and built upon it by introducing a warm, expanded neutral palette, decorative trims, floral textures, and ornate UI elements that evoked the bakery’s vintage aesthetic. I also retouched and edited the photography to enhance warmth, brightness, and a cozy, timeless feel.
The site was fully custom-designed in Adobe XD and built in Wordpress with responsiveness and user experience at the forefront, ensuring it looks and feels just as inviting on mobile as it does on desktop. The final result captures both the bakery’s evolving identity and its treasured history.
